I just got back from Italy and had such a fantastic time that I decided to start a journey blog that would encompass a travel blog and also be a journal of sorts. As I've gotten out of the habit of keeping a journal, having this blog will encourage me to get back into the swing of it and record those memories for posterity.

how exciting to be the first comment in your new journey blog, and what a shame that i can think of nothing profound and philosophical to start it with, but it looks like it'll be great, and knowing you you'll surely have lots of interesting things to fill it with - happy journeying!
